These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services,
communications, and platform of Cornerstone Contractor Network, LLC d/b/a Cornerstone
Home Connect (“Cornerstone Home Connect,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By
accessing our website, submitting a project request, contacting us, or using any of our
services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services
Description of Services
Cornerstone Home Connect operates a contractor connection, project referral, and homeowner support service. We help homeowners share project information and connect
with independent contractors, home service professionals, and third-party financing
providers when applicable.
Cornerstone Home Connect does not perform construction, repair, remodeling, roofing,
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or other home improvement work directly unless separately stated in writing.
Contractor Independence
Contractors and service providers introduced through our platform are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or subcontractors of Cornerstone Home Connect. Cornerstone Home Connect may perform basic screening or collect business information from contractors, but we do not guarantee licensing status, insurance coverage, bonding, workmanship, pricing, project timelines, permit compliance, warranty coverage, safety practices, or final project outcomes. Homeowners are responsible for reviewing contractor credentials, licenses, insurance, estimates, contracts, warranties, payment terms, project timelines, permits, and all other project details before deciding to move forward. Any contract for work is between the homeowner and the independent contractor.
Financing Independence
Cornerstone Home Connect does not make lending decisions, approve financing, issue
loans, provide credit advice, or control financing terms. Financing options, if available, are
provided by third-party financing providers and are subject to the provider’s approval
standards, rates, terms, and conditions.
Cornerstone Home Connect does not guarantee financing approval, specific loan terms,
interest rates, or repayment conditions. All financing-related decisions are handled directly
between you and the third-party financing provider.
User Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our services or submit a project request. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form, project request, or communication. You agree to update such information as needed to keep it accurate and current. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of services and may affect contractor matching and project outcomes.
User Conduct
When using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Use information obtained through our services for purposes outside of these Terms
- Use the services to compete with Cornerstone Home Connect or solicit customers or contractors away from the platform
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or scrape the website
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, services, or servers
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent project requests or information
- Use the services to harass, harm, defame, or threaten any other person or business
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
Communications
By submitting your contact information through our website or forms, you agree that Cornerstone Home Connect may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your project request, contractor connection, financing inquiry, or related services. Communications related to text messaging are governed by your express consent provided through our SMS consent checkbox and are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Cornerstone Home Connect website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, audio, software, and the overall design, is the property of Cornerstone Home Connect or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use consistent with these Terms.

THE SERVICES, WEBSITE, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. Cornerstone Home Connect does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, errorfree, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Cornerstone Home Connect does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information, contractor profile, financing option, or project outcome. By using Cornerstone Home Connect, submitting a form, requesting a contractor connection, or requesting financing information, you acknowledge that Cornerstone Home Connect is not responsible for the actions, omissions, statements, pricing, workmanship, financing decisions, warranties, delays, or project outcomes of independent contractors, lenders, or third-party service providers.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORNERSTONE HOME CONNECT, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cornerstone Home Connect, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights; (d) information you provide to us; (e) any agreement or dispute between you and any contractor, financing provider, or other third party introduced through our services; or (f) any breach by you of any representation or warranty in these Terms.

Our website and communications may include links to third-party websites, contractors, financing providers, or service providers. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, terms, policies, statements, actions, or services of any third-party website or business. Your interactions with any third-party are solely between you and the third party. Cornerstone Home Connect is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm of any kind incurred as a result of any such interactions.
Modifications to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time at our discretion. The most current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Material changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the website or services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@cornerstonehomeconnect.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If informal resolution is not successful, any unresolved dispute shall be brought in the courts identified in Section 15.
Attorneys’ Fees
In any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or related to these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cornerstone Home Connect regarding the use of our website and services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them at any time without your consent.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Cornerstone Home Connect.
